5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Kenya, with options for standard and express shipping.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are:
Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: 1-3 business days
Other Regions in Kenya: 3-7 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. Incorrect addresses may result in additional delivery charges.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Non-returnable items:
Opened software or digital downloads
Items damaged due to customer negligence
Custom or special-order items
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via M-Pesa or bank transfer within 7-14 business days.
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where DNG Electronics is at fault.

7. Warranty & Repairs
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product.
If an item is found to be defective within the warranty period, customers must contact us for repair or replacement options.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
